Características.
▸ Son aleaciones compuesta o constituidas de distintas proporciones de cobalto, níquel, hierro, aluminio, boro, carbono, cromo, manganeso, molibdeno, fósforo, azufre, silicio y titanio.
▸ Existen diferentes grados y la mayoría de las aleaciones llegan a contener de 4 a 6 de estos elementos.
▸ Es una aleación de recubrimiento duro creada para aumentar la resistencia al desgaste de los metales.
▸ Resistente a la oxidación, abrasión y corrosión.
▸ Utilizado en diversas aplicaciones: piezas de maquinaria resistentes a ácidos, fabricación de herramientas para tornos, mangas de bomba, anillos de junta rotativa, dientes para sierras, alabes de turbinas, etc.
